We started Euro Snack in Monterey, California, selling our freshly baked Le Waf waffles from a pushcart at a local farmer’s market. Using a traditional old-world recipe, our artisan waffles were an instant hit. From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into a success story, serving our waffles at major events like the Winter Olympics, the US Open, and the Super Bowl.
Since 2004, we’ve been proudly operating retail locations around Lake Tahoe, where we continue to serve the same quality waffles that launched us back in 1997. Over the years, we’ve expanded our menu to include French crêpes, Frog Dogs, Italian gelato, and more, but our signature Le Waf remains at the heart of what we do.
