The Brewery at Lake Tahoe is the original hometown brewpub – it’s as simple and straightforward as that, and the name reflects it, as does the classic 1930s red-brick building. It started out in 1992 focusing on craft beer, but soon became known for its pizza offerings as well. These days there is a full menu with burgers, ribs, pasta, salads, steaks and seafood. Among the handcrafted specialty brews, the pub’s signature offering is the Bad Ass Ale. The pizza of the same name is also incredibly popular.
