The Roasted Chicken is a hearty entree made with love and care. This half, free-range organic chicken is marinated for hours in citrus, herbs and spices, then roasted to perfection! Served with a choice of mashed potatoes, fries or sautéed vegetables. We have to say that it is fantastic!
