The history of Tahoe is on display in the Sage Room in Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe, where you will find on display the bar and wooden beams from the original 1944 cabin resort. But if the decor is frontier chic, the menu is high-end fine dining, from roasted bone marrow on through to the filet mignon and lobster and the dessert specialties of cherries jubilee prepared right beside your table.
