Ciera Steak + Chophouse is the type of restaurant that confirms Lake Tahoe as a world-class destination. This is true fine dining, the namesake meat offerings accompanied by seafood and vegetarian dishes and a whopping selection (some 300 or so!) of wines and champagnes. All the entrees are very upscale, but first-time diners may want to try the restaurant’s signature steak, the Cowboy Rib-eye. Another nice choice is the Chateaubriand for two. Speaking of dining for two, if you’re looking to make it a more romantic evening, book a reservation for one of the private booths. While the booths will seat more people if you want to, it makes for a cozy intimate dinner for a couple. Located inside Bally's Lake Tahoe Casino Resort, Ciera has racked up quite a string of awards and is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday.
