Tahoe restaurant owners understand that if you play hard during the day, you might not be ready for dinner in the early evening. So there are plenty of local spots that offer late-night menus to satisfy all you night owls. Some of the Tahoe restaurants found in casinos even serve all hours of day and night.

22 Bistro is one of the first restaurant/bar options that you encounter when walking off the slopes and coming into the Village at Palisades Tahoe. One fun aspect of 22 (as it is affectionately known by locals) is that it caters to both higher-end tastes with a fine-dining menu while at the same time offering an array of quick-food options and après-ski drinks. Their outdoor seating is excellent for people watching, and it makes an easy-to-find meeting point. 22 offers summer and winter menus; one item that is included on both, and highly recommended, is the 22 Bistro Burger. Another benefit of 22 is their catering department that can accommodate large and small parties as well as weddings. The restaurant closes during the slow season of late October to mid-November.
