Founded on an ethos of sustainability, environmental stewardship and a legacy of luxury, Edgewood Tahoe Resort has risen from a world-class golf course to a world-class travel and business destination, offering guests access to unforgettable alpine experiences. Homesteaded more than 150 years ago by the rugged ranchers of the Park family, the lakefront property later became an original stop on the Pony Express. Set on 235 acres, Edgewood Tahoe earned a reputation as a vacation destination during the 1880s. In 1968 the resort rose to international fame when its soon-to-be-iconic golf course was unveiled. Featuring a restaurant, golf shop and lakefront event space, the adjacent Clubhouse was built in 1973 and subsequently remodeled in 1993. Within the Clubhouse, Brooks’ Bar and Deck was added in 2003, expanding guest dining options with golf course and lake views.

Inaugurated in 2017 and recently awarded four stars in 2020 by Forbes Travel Guide, the LEED-certified Lodge increased the resort’s commitment to luxury, with 154 mountain-modern guest rooms, The Bistro restaurant and bar, a spa, a swimming pool, a hot tub, event spaces and the gorgeous Great Room. A stone’s throw from the Nevada/California state line, Edgewood Tahoe is ideal for a secluded getaway or as a launching point for discovering everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Located one hour from Reno-Tahoe International Airport and two hours from Sacramento, Edgewood Tahoe is easily accessible by land or air.

Offering hearty gourmet dining and bar specials in a nostalgic atmosphere, River Ranch is a landmark destination for visitors and a locals' favorite year-round. Nestled on the banks of the Truckee River, River Ranch is poised to catch people tubing down the mellow rapids during the heat of the summer and to capture the après-ski crowd funneling down from the ski resorts during the cold winter nights. Their seasonal patio is home to an outdoor bar that serves the iconic Class V River Rum Punch and their famous nachos, with alfresco dining under the stars. The cozy and intimate indoor bar and restaurant are known for known for memorable meals, scenic river views and gathering around one of the two fireplaces. Their menu brings together all the summer and winter favorites with California cuisine and rotating specials and is proud to offer game, fish, chicken, burgers and veggie options. They also provide 19 small, boutique-style rooms for guests; reservations are highly recommended.
