This open, spacious studio features large windows that highlight the surroundings and help you to fully feel the majestic aspect of the valley. The expansive view to the outside world is also excellent for taking in the tranquility of falling snow while warming up for snowboarding or skiing with a morning yoga class. Palisades Yoga Studio features a variety of mat-based classes as well as aerial classes on yoga hammocks. Be sure to register in advance for aerial classes as space is limited, and keep in mind that many classes at this studio fill up during the busy ski season. There is a small yoga clothing and accessories store connected to the studio. You'll find the studio on First Street within the Village at Palisades Tahoe, on the same corridor as CoffeeBar and across from the Alpenglow conference room.
