Tahoe Donner Torchlight Parade

Ring in the New Year Truckee style with the help of fellow skiers and torches. On New Year’s Eve, intermediate skiers ages 10 and older line up at the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort in Truckee to form a procession for the torchlight parade. Skiers carrying torches form a brightly lighted parade that winds down the snowy slope. Warm up next to the outdoor fire pits while enjoying hot toddies, hot cocoa and more. Stick around for the fireworks to ring in the New Year.
