Armstrong curates a bar program rooted in alpine spirit and seasonal balance, while Dunbar draws from Northern California’s forests and traditions – smoked, foraged and re-imagined with modern simplicity. The menu changes with the seasons. While fish, beef and chicken are on the menu, several vegetarian dishes are available.
