Don’t let Trokay’s small, artfully presented plates fool you – the chef/owner is all about subtle-yet-huge tastes that satisfy the palate as well as the eye. The husband-and-wife owners hail from vaunted foodie establishments in New York City, so don’t be surprised – or intimidated – by the menu. What is an amuse-bouche? Don’t worry ... surely you won’t be the first to ask the wait staff. Trokay serves a la carte dishes along with an $85 seasonal prix fixe menu or a gourmet $145 chef's tasting menu. The wine list is extensive with a wait staff trained in pairing the selections to the cuisine. Restaurant Trokay also offers fun and entertaining cooking classes and events.
