NOTE: Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has begun an enhancement of its 8.5-acre South Parcel, a project that will transform the area's existing cottages, restaurants and ballroom into modern accommodations and meeting spaces. During this time the South Parcel resort beach, Lakeside Ballroom and associated restaurants will be closed to guests. All resort amenities in the North Parcel remain fully operational, including the main guest room tower, Stillwater Spa, pools, hut tubs, the Grand Lodge Casino and dining at Osteria Sierra, Cutthroat's Saloon, Tahoe Provisions and Tahoe-To-Go. Redevelopment is expected to be complete by late 2027.
