Azul Latin Kitchen is in the Heavenly Village and features a type of food that they are calling California-style Mexican, for a lighter spin on Latin cuisine. This commitment is demonstrated by their use of organic, locally sourced and sustainable foods and in their drink menu that uses freshly squeezed fruit juices in place of mixtures. But the emphasis on healthier dining doesn’t make this is any less of a South Shore party spot. Craft cocktails and long happy hours combine with live music daily to make for one of the most popular drinking and dining spots in the area. The outside seating with fire pits and big umbrellas adds a nice touch to top off the vacation-resort feel to the entire experience.
