Lakeland Village

One way to experience Lake Tahoe as the rich and famous do (or at least how we imagine they do) is to stay at one of the lakeside resorts. Lakeland Village is located nearly right in the center of South Lake Tahoe on about 19 acres that includes an expansive beach. They even have a pier that stretches out onto the lake in addition to outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, sauna and exercise facility. Choose from a variety of accommodations, from cozy cabins to modern condos. The location provides easy access to marinas, Heavenly Mountain Resort and the Stateline casinos. It's also a great place for a wedding and/or reception.
