An excellent addition to any Mediterranean region dish, Herbs de Provence is especially wonderful when combined with olive oil and added to grilled chicken or fish. We like using Herbs de Provence when roasting beef or pork tenderloins and Cornish hens. Hand blended from basil, tarragon, thyme, marjoram, chervil and lavender.

This Butter Infused Olive Oil has all of the rich creamy flavor you taste in real butter, but none of the dairy hang-ups - no animal products of any kind are used. Instead, a proprietary blend of herbs is used to produce the rich flavor of butter. Use this golden, vegetarian, dairy-free olive oil as a butter substitute in baking or anywhere else where you might want butter.

The distinct flavor of cilantro and the sweet, roasted flavor of Cippolini onions combine to give this infused olive oil a south of the border flavor that complements meats, roasted vegetables, and even salsas and guacamole. Pair this oil with our A-Premium White Balsamic or our Jalapeno White Balsamic and add to your ceviche recipes too. For salad dressings, we like to pair it with Fig, Black Cherry, Lemon, or Pineapple Balsamic.
