Tahoe Music Alive is a 501C3 California community benefit organization, becoming the premier year-round provider of small music ensembles in the North Tahoe area, offering a variety of programming to diverse audiences. Through concerts in small venues and community outreach, Tahoe Music Alive inspires, educates and celebrates excellence in diverse musical expression and interpretation in the North Tahoe area. Tahoe Music Alive was established out of the recognition that long-term, year-round commitment to world-class music programs and music education is vital for the North Tahoe community. Music as a force for community building can be leveraged to solidify the commitment of residents and visitors alike if music is broadly available to diverse audiences, of highest quality, effectively promoted, and presented in an accessible fashion.
