The Tahoe League for Charity (TLC) is a non-profit organization founded in 1998. Our members live on Tahoe's North Shore and in Truckee. Our primary focus is to benefit the local communities of North Lake Tahoe by providing scholarships to local students and grants to local non-profit organizations. TLC members meet the second Monday of the month at lunch time. Interesting speakers from local non-profit organizations often make presentations to the group. TLC has one yearly fundraiser as well as an annual membership donation to fund these projects. TLC hopes to improve the quality of life through service and support while promoting social awareness, advocacy and action.
