Hi, I’m your tour guide Ashlen Clemens. I’m a stargazer, Tahoe local of 16 years, astrologer, and lover of astronomy and mythology. I’ve always looked up at the night sky with such amazement and curiosity, wanting to know more. I bought my first telescope in high school, taught myself how to use it and would bring it down to the beaches of Tahoe at night to set it up for friends and passersby to enjoy.
Eventually this evolved into more formal stargazing tours, where I blend my passions for mythology, stargazing and astronomy. I want to share with others that feeling you get when you look through the telescope and see the rings of Saturn for the first time, witness a lunar eclipse, or see a meteor shower on a new moon.
I absolutely love bringing people together under the night sky, telling the mythological stories of old, learning more about the universe around us, and connecting with ancient natural cycles. It’s an age old tradition that I’m honored to carry on today.
