Jim Primo's father opened the first Primo's in Beacon Hill, Boston in 1962. Today at the South Lake Tahoe location, Primo's Italian Bistro makes all of their sauces, pastas and desserts from scratch at the restaurant. Primo's only uses organic, free-range chicken and milk-fed veal. Each dish is carefully prepared to order.
