Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is hosting “Festive” a holiday program filled with events and activities to celebrate the season. The schedule will include an extravagant New Year’s Eve event at its Lone Eagle Grille. The event will include a six-course meal at Lone Eagle Grille, with a welcome reception with champagne and canapes. The menu will feature entrée selections of a prime beef tenderloin with a Tuscan ratatouille, a sauteed Chilean seabass with roasted beets, braised veal cheeks with sweet potato gnocchi, or a poached kohlrabi vegetarian option.
