What an awesome day after the storm. Calm winds, blue sky, snow covered Tahoe and solitude. We had Tahoe to ourselves. My favorite view of Emerald Bay. Winter flying is epic. Warm and cozy in our heated suits. We cranked up the heat.

From smoke to rain to blue skies. What a week. This flight was the rain after the smoke. Each flight is unique and has its own special spice. The towering cloud we saw coming over Spooner Pass into Lake Tahoe was over Emerald Bay and the rain which we stayed out of. Another amazing flight.
