Deluxe Eggs Benedict- we couldn’t decide between our Classic and Veggie Benedicts- so we combined the two!
Sautéed spinach tomatoes and onions, fresh avocado, Canadian bacon, and two poached eggs on a toasted English muffin, topped with Hollandaise. YUM! 🤤
