Support for the Journey

My practice supports youth working through anxious feelings; emotion regulation; perspective shifting; stress management; and internal and external conflict resolution. The sessions are approximately 45 minutes and include a brief written recap with action steps to ensure progress and accountability. Caroline's goal is to help youth see the sunny side while embracing the storm.
