The Tahoe City Public Utility District (TCPUD) is a California Special District located on the North and West Shore of Lake Tahoe, extending 31 square miles from Emerald Bay to Dollar Hill, and along the Truckee River to the Nevada County line. The TCPUD is committed to serve the people in our community, as well as the environment, to provide safe and reliable water service, sewer service for the protection of public health, and parks and recreation services to enhance quality of life.
For over 50 years, the TCPUD Parks and Recreation Department has worked tirelessly to provide facilities, programs, activities, and special events to enrich the lives of residents and those visiting throughout the year. From sailing on the lake to parks, golf, and winter sports, the TCPUD offers a wide range of activities and services for the entire community.
