Nonprofit Organization in the Tahoe Region Bridging Divides – El Dorado was founded in response to growing concerns among community leaders and residents about increasing social and political divides and their impact on our relationships, workplaces, and overall quality of life. Inspired by successful efforts in other communities, we believe that divides can be bridged and that respectful communication and trust can be restored—even among those with differing views and political affiliations.
Our mission is to offer tools and resources that foster trust, encourage respectful dialogue, depolarize challenging situations, and support collaboration for the well-being of all El Dorado County residents. We are committed to serving any organization with impartiality and without bias.
