Since 1983 the family-run Village Pub has been a locals' favorite for food, fun, cocktails and conversation. By day you’ll find a few old timers telling stories at the bar and lots of folks on their lunch breaks, scarfing down the generous and tasty hamburgers or noshing on appetizers, chicken sandwiches, gourmet hot dogs or the daily special. Come nighttime the Pub tends to fill with college-age students queuing music on the jukebox and quaffing pitchers of PBR until all hours of the morning. There’s plenty to entertain yourself with – video poker, pool, table tennis, darts or their full-size shuffleboard. If you’re feeling lucky, you can challenge the bartender to a game of dice. The clientele is a mix of young and old, visitors and locals, and the staff is friendly. They mix a great cocktail, but their signature drink is the secret-recipe Coco Loco, available only during the hot days of summer. The Village Pub is open most of the year. They serve lunch daily. Smoking is permitted when the kitchen’s closed.
