The El Dorado County Library in South Lake Tahoe offers many programs including author presentations, book discussion groups, the South Lake Tahoe Young Adult Writers’ Meetup for teens and young adults and a monthly knitting gathering. There are special programs for little ones, including story times, an interactive literacy program for toddlers and Mother Goose on the Loose, designed specifically for children from birth to age 2 and their caregivers. The library is open Tuesday through Saturday.
