Thai Delicacy

Near the Ponderosa Golf Course on the way to the Truckee Tahoe Airport, there is a rustic shopping center. Between the high Sierra setting and the woodsy atmosphere, it's all very Western. But prepare to be surprised because this is where you can have a decidedly non-Western dining experience at the Thai Delicacy restaurant. The restaurant offers extensive lunch and dinner menus of authentic Thai cuisine. Enjoy appetizers, soups and salads and meals including curries, noodles, rice plates and almost two dozen other entrees. There's also a selection of teas, beers and sake. Settle in for one of the menu specials and leave the West behind.
