Spend a beautiful late-spring evening cruising around Lake Tahoe on Tahoe’s one and only paddleboat, Tahoe Gal. The TCDA Annual Gala on Tahoe Gal is the annual fundraiser for the Tahoe City Downtown Association, and it certainly draws the crowds. This Lake Tahoe annual event begins a couple of hours before the cruise sets sail, with Happy Hour specials at the dock. Tahoe Gal leaves the pier at 6 p.m. and returns at 8 p.m. For two hours attendees can relax at the tables set up on the boat’s deck and enjoy the panoramic sights from their view on the lake. Wine and appetizers are served during the ride, and you can sip and nibble while listening to the live music provided by bands on the boat. Tasty food, gorgeous sights, catchy music and fun people — you may never want the boat to dock. After marveling at the fiery sunset, you’ll return to land. Ready for dinner?
