When you want to get serious about the well-being of your mind and body, it’s time to check out the offerings at Tahoe Yoga. Founded in 2003 and a long-standing part of our local Truckee community, the center offers daily yoga classes, massage therapy, chiropractic services, acupuncture, Ayurveda, workshops, teacher trainings, special events and more. In addition to this location there is a location on Donner Pass Road in Truckee. Their sister business, Tahoe Spa & Wellness, is also in Northstar. Members are invited to attend classes at both locations as well as access online classes with some of Tahoe’s most experienced and gifted teachers.
