Tahoe Yacht Club is an organization steeped in historic relevance in the Lake Tahoe area. With more than 90 years of presence on the lake, the organization is a gathering of people who care about the various nautical amenities of Lake Tahoe. The group heads a variety of local events that are held in both summer and winter including the Concours d'Elegance Chris Craft Racing Runabouts, a wooden boat race with a touch of elegance, or their annual Independence Day gathering.
