Tahoe Summit Village is a timeshare facility located in the area at the top of Kingsbury Grade on the Nevada side of South Shore. The condos vary in size, so you can reserve lodging to match the size of your party. The rooms include wood-burning fireplaces, kitchens, Jacuzzi tubs and washers and dryers. On site you'll find a spa, sauna and a reception area, and guests staying at the Tahoe Summit Village are entitled to use the swimming pool at one of the nearby sister properties. Sitting on the rim of the Tahoe Basin, this facility is just a quick 15-minute drive up the hill from the lake itself. In the winter, this puts visitors right next to Heavenly's Boulder and Stagecoach chair lifts, while in the summer it makes it easy for tourists to drop down into the Nevada interior and spend some time exploring the Carson Valley.
