Led by culinary whiz Danny McCabe, the kitchen has a lovely array of offerings, including unique sandwiches and salads as well as tasty and innovative Signature Bowls. The Booyah Bowl is a mix of stir-fried quinoa, roasted beet, cashew cream, carrots, pickled onions, avocado, hearty greens and balsamic glaze, and the Truckee Burrito Bowl is complete with Spanish rice, black-eyed peas, roasted corn, fresh herb, roasted spicy peppers, chopped tomato, queso fresco, slaw and spiced tortilla strips. They give you the option of building your own bowl as well.
