There is a brew pub in Cecil’s Fountain Plaza that raises the standard for this type of eatery. Stateline Brewery & Restaurant makes its own IPA, Pale Ale, Wit and Blonde brews and has on tap a nice selection of microbrews from throughout the West as well as a selection of bottled beers. Wines and specialty cocktails round out the alcoholic offerings, while the lunch and dinner menus include burgers, sandwiches, pastas and pizza. To make a real event out of your visit, you are encouraged to try a new brew taste at Stateline, something unique that you haven’t had before, and pair it with one of the great dinner entrees such as the St. Louis-style pork ribs or the filet mignon. The Brewery also has facilities for special events, including a private dining area for groups ranging from 30 to 85, or even a full rental of the restaurant for up to 270 people.
