Smoke Door is all about satisfying diners with elevated wood-fired Japanese cuisine. A mix of locally sourced ingredients with seasonal items from different regions of Japan are used to create unique dishes. A tasting menu is offered during lunch and dinner. There are also six- and 10-course menus, as well as an a la carte menu. The 10-course Harvest menu includes the restaurant's signature Haiboshi (ash dried) Japanese A4 Wagyu beef.
