When you see a sushi restaurant represented by a logo of a multi-colored fish with a big pop-eye, and the place is named The Naked Fish, you know that you’re in for something a little different. At this little restaurant on Lake Tahoe Boulevard, just a block from Pioneer Trail, they are all about fresh creativity and fresh fish, with a menu that can be called Hawaiian-influenced Japanese. If some in your group are into sushi but some aren’t, it’s not a problem. The Naked Fish also carries a selection of cooked dishes as well, including Beef Maitake and Chicken Kare. The restaurant prides itself on carrying a selection of hard-to-find sakes and wines in addition to serving fish creations that you won't find anywhere else.
