Lotus Pho

One of the newest restaurants in town is Lotus Pho, specializing in authentic Vietnamese pho. It is the house restaurant for the South Lake Tahoe Econo Lodge, but it is also a great eatery in its own right. It has an atmosphere that is pleasant and serene, with nice use of the lotus theme including its appearance on the chic leather-and-wood engraved menus. Two dishes worth checking out include the Sweet and Sour Shrimp and the Vermicelli with Pork and Egg Rolls. But don't feel tied to these suggestions since the restaurant has a menu that is varied and wide-ranging, including a nice vegetarian selection.
