Skiers and snowboarders with immense talent and desire to win race down mountain free-ride courses over natural terrain and ski conditions. The three legs of this event are held over the course of three weekends. Top skiers compete on Saturdays for qualifying times, and then the finalists return on Sunday for an exciting, fast-paced and snowy race. Winners receive a cash prize. The top two participants in each round of runs advance to the next competition, where they vie for the title of Overall Banzai Champions. This Lake Tahoe event is great fun whether you’re a competitor or enthusiastic observer of the runs. The Rahlves Banzai Tour is usually held between late February and mid-March.
