Mahogany Smoked Meats and Premium Jerky gets its name from the wood used to smoke the meat. The owners started in Bishop, California, in 1922 before adding the second location in South Lake Tahoe near the state line. If smoked meat is what you like, then you have come the right place. Bacon, sausage and cheese are also available – smoked, of course. Jerky comes in sweet, savory or spicy with a variety of meats to choose from, including fish and boar.
