Donner Lake Fireworks Show

No Fourth of July celebration would be complete without watching colorful explosions in the sky. Finish off your Independence Day by joining the rest of the Truckee community on West End Beach to watch the firework display over Donner Lake. If you arrive early, you can even enjoy the pre-fireworks festivities on the beach. Socialize with friends. Listen to music and dance along in the sand. Play games. Feast on a barbecue dinner. When dusk finally sets in, the firework display commences, filling the sky with red, white and blue bursts of color. This is a Truckee tradition you won’t want to miss. Tickets must be bought in advance and are only available to Truckee-Donner Recreation & Park District residents and homeowners.
