Bilty’s Brew & Q, just off the casino floor in the Tahoe Biltmore, pairs house-smoked meats with a selection of more than 30 craft beers. The dim, neo-industrial space sports brick walls and a stone fireplace. Sink into the plush, black leather seats at your copper-topped table as you read through the menu. If you like it hot, get the Ring of Fire burger, one pound of beef stuffed with pepper jack and jalapenos garnished with bacon and wasabi aioli. The brisket is slow-cooked for up to 14 hours and served tender and juicy. There’s a full list of Southern-style sides, and all the house-made sauces and marinades are fresh and flavorful.
