Tahoe Truckee Earth Day Festival

There are few places better to celebrate Earth Day than in the beautiful and pure environment of Lake Tahoe. In the Village at Palisades Tahoe, you and other members of the North Lake Tahoe community can come together to love the Earth and learn about ways to protect it at the Tahoe Truckee Earth Day. This annual event is on the Saturday closest to Earth Day, and it’s one of the largest environmental education events in the area. The festival welcomes adults and children to enjoy the live music and entertainment provided by local groups, information sessions about how to preserve and protect the local and global natural resources, arts and crafts stations and raffles for the chance to win cool prizes. The event starts in the morning and continues until the evening for a full day of fun. The Earth Day Festival is free and open to the public, so come on out and express your love for Lake Tahoe and the planet.
