Escape to a tranquil waterfront resort on North Lake Tahoe and experience Lake Tahoe from a scenic waterfront resort nestled perfectly into the Sierra Nevada mountains. Spend your days exploring the area’s winding trails, relaxing at the on-site spa and dining at our award-winning restaurants before retreating to one of the spacious rooms, upscale suites or private waterfront cottages. If you’re here on business, make use of their 24-hour business center and high-speed wireless internet. Hosting an event? The Hyatt has 34,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor function space including a beachside ballroom with a view of the lake.

Conveniently located close to several ski resorts, hiking and biking trails and golf courses, the Hyatt has an on-premise sports shop with ski, snowboard and bike rentals. Their 500 feet of lakefront beach hosts a range of water rentals from standup paddleboards to power boats. Treat yourself to a massage at their full-service spa, take a dip in their lagoon-style pool or hot tubs or check out their 24-hour fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training equipment. In the evening the hotel provides s’mores-making kits.

The resort has begun a redevelopment project to enhance the guest experience, expected to continue through late 2027. The first phase of enhancements will focus on the resort’s South Parcel, which will be closed to guests throughout this period. This project will transform the area’s existing cottages, restaurants and ballroom into elevated, modern accommodations and meeting spaces. While the South Parcel is closed, guests can still enjoy Lake Tahoe. Registered guests enjoy exclusive daily access to two of Lake Tahoe’s most beautiful beaches – Incline Beach and Burnt Cedar Beach. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, beach access, passes and complimentary shuttle service are available.

All resort amenities in the North Parcel remain fully operational, including the main guest room tower, Stillwater Spa, pools, hot tubs, fitness center, Grand Lodge Casino and dining outlets such as Osteria Sierra, Cutthroat’s Saloon, Tahoe Provisions, Tahoe-To-Go and In-Room Dining. Guests can also take part in the year-round Tahoe Adventures programming, which includes daily family fun and games.
