This weekend my client's best friend arrived to help him move. He brought his guitar, his beautiful voice, and his love of music. We sang together for little while yesterday and this morning we had coffee to celebrate the changes. I love seeing friendships that have lasted since childhood. Sold for $250,000 over asking with less that a week from on the market to closing!
