It's a beautiful day for a ride!

North Canyon road is clear to Marlette Saddle. Then patchy snow with maybe a 3-4 minute hike across snow over the top and then rideable to the side of many snow banks. Another short snow section at Marlette lake then mostly rideable on the edge of the snow banks on the road leading around Marlette to the flume. The flume is mostly clear with just a few drifts left at the top of Tunnel Creek road after the flume. Beware of water ruts on Tunnel Creek road! There are a couple of trees down around Marlette Lake. State parks has removed all the trees to Marlette Lake. Shuttles will start soon.

Flume Trail Snow Report: Rode from the shop in Incline up Tunnel Creek Road to the Flume Trail. Still some snow the last half mile before the Flume Trail not too bad to hike over maybe half a dozen drifts. The Flume section is pretty much snow free and in good shape. Marlette Lake still has some ice from the winter. Still quite a bit of snow on the west side of Marlette Lake. I did not continue to spooner but turned around. We are still thinking a couple of weeks for enough snow to melt to ride from spooner and start with shuttles. And had a bear drop by the shop!
