"From the moment we began, we knew it was all about the little things – hospitality, helpfulness and creating a unique experience," says Marc Bigelow, father of Aaron and Benton Bigelow, who now run the two stores. These little things have set Bluestone Jewelry apart by helping couples plan proposals and design customized rings that reflect personal lifestyles.

"We pride ourselves on making any idea happen for our customers, both in design and choice of stones," Aaron says. “The Computer Aided Designs (CADs) at Bluestone Jewelry offer a glimpse into the future, showing exactly how a ring or pendant will look, making it easy to make adjustments and get everything just right.”
The Bigelow family members pride themselves on forging personal connections with each customer.
"We love to do both bands for a couple as the design features for men's style bands are so unique now,” Benton says. “We have seen that women are more involved in the process of developing their style ring and band. They know what they like, and a fiancée can get it right from the start.”
The frontlines of this creative process are open to the customers. “The guys like to build their own bands on a screen to see it as they select it, determining the metal and selecting design features,” Benton adds.
Jessica, a client from New Orleans, describes her experience at Bluestone: "First greeted by Ollie the Doodle, their adorable dog, and then a wonderful staff. Benton spent the better part of an hour just sitting with us both and explaining ring styles, showing tons of different pieces and shapes.
