If it’s made in Tahoe, you know it has to be good ... let’s just say it’s something in the water. And you’ll find evidence of it at the Made in Tahoe festival. The Village at Squaw welcomes this annual two-day event during the last weekend in May. It highlights Tahoe and Truckee artisans, entrepreneurs and organizations who craft products made in and inspired by the area. Stages and performance spaces throughout the Village feature local musicians, dancers and other performers throughout both days. If you get hungry, check out the local beer and food vendors’ goodies. This event is free and open to the public.
